  Please find enclosed the recruitment process:
 
1. We shall first address the crowd in a hall (preferably) with the company info, job profile etc.
2. All the candidates will have an aptitude test (May be for 30-45 mins) which will cover Numerical Ability, Logical Reasoning etc.
3. All the shortlisted candidates will be required to take up the in-person interview with the panel and the selected candidates will be informed immediately.
4. Please ask all the candidates to bring 8 passport size photos, X & XII mark sheet xerox copies, all xerox copy of their UG/PG/Engineering mark sheets till the last semester, Address Proof & ID Proof.
5. Pencils, Eraser and pen need to carrdied by the candidate

Selected Candidates will be involved in e-mail & chat process for one of our prestigious clients. Its a completely non-voice setup and all the employees will be provided with the requisite training & necessary infrastrcture. They will work on rotational shifts (Day, Afternoon & Night) and should possess good communication skills & right attitude. 
Mode of Selection: Aptitude Test & In-person InterviewsSalary: Rs.7000/- CTC per month (Plus Holiday Allowances, Night Shift Allowances & Performance Based Incentives)
