- Preferable Candidates form IIT, NIT, BITS, PSG, VIT1. Computer Science degree from a top university 
- Passion for writing clean, re-usable software
- Good knowledge of basic statistics
- Eye for detail at every level
- Knowledge of US Equity Markets
- Knowledge of the FIX protocol
