• The incumbent must be B.E. / B. Tech Civil Engineering with good academic profile
• Should be well conversant with Staad Pro. and Autocad
• Must have knowledge of Indian design codes
• Must possess good communication skills
• Practical understanding of structures, specifications and detailed drawings for buildings and other structures
• Should have knowledge of Design of Steel structures
Job Description :
• Design and estimation of steel structures in PEB, multistoried steel buildings using STAAD and excel sheets.
• Interpretation of Technical Reports
• Estimation of the project
• Study customer/consultant drawings and come up with solutions for economic designs.
• Prepare the design of all components of the Steel buildings using programs like STAAD PRO.
• Prepare the estimate based upon the economical design using in-house excel program.
• Revise the quotations if required.
• Interaction with Sales and other departments
• Meeting with consultants & or customers for technical discussions if required
• Providing budgetary tonnage of a PEB structure
