Position – Vacancies - Payscale: 

Management Trainee (Technical) – 318 posts – Rs.7 lacs /annum

Management Trainee (Admin) – 57 posts – Rs.7 lacs /annum

Dates: Online registration – 27.7.2011 to 17.8.2011Written Test – 25.09.2011 

Eligibility –Those looking to apply for MT jobs in SAIL,

* Should not be above 30 yrs of age as on 1.7.2011 (+5 for SC/ST & +3 for OBC) 

* MT (Technical) – Full time degree in engineering /MCA – with 65% marks average 

* MT (Admin) – 60% marks in UG & 60% in MBA /PG diploma in management.

Selection: The process involves Objective written test to be conducted at various centres across India. Based on the performance, candidates would be shortlisted & called for Group Discussion/ Interview.

Books: The pattern commonly followed in SAIL MT exam is Reasoning, QA, General Awareness & English language along with a technical paper.Some of the reference are,
